Allocation policy review

We are currently reviewing our allocation policy and will be consulting with all affected groups over the next 2 months. The aim of the review is to check that the allocation process is working for those individuals in greatest need and properties are being allocated in a manner that makes best use of our stock.

Update on new application approval times
Monday 5th April 2021

We have seen a recent increase in the number of new applications we have been receiving which has resulted in the time to approve new applications now averaging 2-3 weeks.

Browning Gardens due for completion Summer '21
Wednesday 24th March, 2021

Our new development at Browning Gardens is ahead of schedule and now due to be completed before the end of the summer in 2021.

This development is comprised of a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom properties with a total of 34 overall.

Properties will be advertised through this site once we have finalised completion dates.
